Permission and Risk Assesment

This is a copy of the risk assessment which we needed to prove that we could film in our desired locations - Black Park and Langley Park.

We had to fill out a 15-page risk assessment to reinforce all the issues that could arise and make sure that we were covered - by insurance - in case any of these happened and we may be in danger of injury. There were fifteen pages to fill in in total, so we made sure to read through them carefully!
